MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL GUESTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be aware this applies to EVERYONE with no exceptions. NO mask = NO entry.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols and Sanitization:
Cleaning Procedures:
Auditoriums including seats, handrails and children’s booster seats are cleaned regularly with Health Canada approved disinfectants.
Touchpoints are wiped down every 30 minutes or less.
Hand sanitizer is readily available in the lobby, concession and games area.
Engaging with Employees:
Employees are required to stay home if they have cold or flu symptoms.
We are requiring all of our employees to wear the personal protective equipment they need.
Following Canada’s public health guidelines, masks will be required. We require that our guests wear a mask and only remove it briefly to eat or drink, after they are seated
Physical Distancing Measures:
In Auditoriums:
Auditorium capacity is reduced to 50% so you will have lots of room to spread out and be comfortable.
Important Reminder: To maintain physical distancing guidelines, for the safety of all our guests, it is important that guests seat themselves six feet apart from other parties.
When leaving the auditorium please do so by rows to allow for physical distancing. Please use back exits when possible to do so.
In Common Areas:
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your showtime to allow for physical distancing in the lobby.
Showtimes are spread out to limit the number of people in our common areas.
Floor decals and signs indicate distancing guidelines.
Employees will be constantly monitoring all areas of the theatre to ensure physical distancing guidelines are met.
We may ask guests to leave via alternative exits after their show to allow for physical distancing in the lobby.
Payment Methods:
Contactless payment options are preferred and are available at all of our registers. We accept all major credit cards, debit and mobile payment services as well as cash.
If you require assistance, any of our team members will be happy to help.
Washrooms:
Maintain physical distancing while waiting in line.
Some stalls and urinals may be out of service to facilitate physical distancing.
We encourage guests to wash hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
Arcade Area:
Availability of amusement games may change from time to time.
When games are available, increased sanitization practices are in place to keep machines clean. Guests are encouraged to use the available hand sanitizer before and after playing games and maintain physical distancing at all time.
Symptom-Free Policy:
Guests who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the theatre, and should contact Guest Services for a full refund of their tickets.
Our staff must complete a self-health attestation, as provided by the province, that clears them to work. Staff will be instructed to stay home if they do not pass the provincial self-assessment (before their shift starts) or sent home if they begin to show symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu during their shift.
